Creativity Flows

How I solve problems to produce great work.

  1. Discover

The key to starting any project is to listen. In the beginning, it’s about listening to your clients as they explain their business: how it operates, where it’s at today, and where they’d like it to be in the future. Build a trust relationship with strong communication and team dedication. It’s important to understand their goals as it relates to their issues.

  2. Strategize

With an understanding of the project goals, it’s important to develop a strategic vision of how goals are going to be accomplished. This vision is going to be in the form of a roadmap for the client, including specific timelines and resources needed. It’s about researching the best solutions tailored to the client’s needs.

  3. Create

With a project roadmap, creative solutions can be conducted. Research and client input helps narrow down artistic visions. These visions will get translated into mood boards, wireframes, prototypes, and even high detailed compositions; fully tested with the targeted audience. The results are polished ideas based on a detailed understanding of the client’s customers and designed to make an impact.

  4. Implement

Once we have our creative concepts approved, we can begin to translate those concepts into code and bring the product to life. Work in this phase will fall into multiple departments: design and development building the code and assets, marketing building a strategic campaign, and content creation and integration. Products are then fully tested on appropriate browsers and/or devices.

  5. Measure

Client relationships don’t end once a product launches. Quite the opposite really. A product launch is where it’s crucial to build that relationship to ensure their roadmap stays on track. Building out analytical reports to evaluate strengths and weaknesses can help us report more effective solutions down the road.

  6. Evolve

Based on the data we collect, we analyze all of our work, so performance can be improved over time. Learning from the strengths and weaknesses, we can report potential updates that can help. It’s important that nothing is left unnoticed. By continuing to measure and evolve, we can improve ROI and show how digital drives business over time.
